Magnetic trapeze type HM1 is designed for lifting and transporting single sheets with a minimum thickness of 5 mm. In standard versions, the traverse is manufactured for sheet metal up to 16,000 mm in length. In addition to the standardised solutions, traverses designed according to individual customer needs are available.
Innovative solutions using electro-permanent belt magnets provide a reliable and safe solution for sheet metal transport.
When transporting large sheets using standard tie-downs such as handling hooks or handling clamps, sheet metal often deflects or deforms. Magnetic traverses allow the sheet to be gripped evenly over a larger area, eliminating sheet deflection.
