Electro permanent lifting Magnet with Battery Supply - HBEP
Electro permanent lifting magnet is designed for safe and quick lifting of flat loads and loads with a circular cross-section. Extremely versatile as no electrical connection is required apart from charging. The magnet comes with a standard battery with a capacity for approximately 1000 magnetization and demagnetization cycles. Battery power is only used during MAG / DEMAG cycles for approximately 1 second.
The safety hinge prevents any accidental maneuver. The MAG / DEMAG function can only be activated after the hinge is unloaded. The battery can be charged by connecting the supplied cable to a 220 V / 50 Hz socket.

Electro-permanent magnets guarantee absolute safety even in the event of a power failure. They do not require any backup batteries. The load remains clamped by the magnet indefinitely without any change in clamping force. In addition, these systems are energy-saving, as they only require power during the switching of MAG / DEMAG cycles - i.e. approx. 1s.
