Mechanical container spreader
The device is used for handling containers. The container spreader is made for standard 20 "and 40" containers as well as containers of other sizes.
Container spreader is equipped with automatic mechanism, which ensures unattended operation of manipulator. Thanks to this locking mechanism, the manipulator works in cycles (locked / unlocked).
For automatic operation, it is always necessary to place the manipulator on the container and release the manipulator upper chain hanger.
The automatic mechanism is connected to a linkage that rotates the corner support segments.
The device can also be manufactured with manual control, which is locked and unlocked by the operator by means of a control lever over a long chain, which is accessible from the front or side of the manipulator.
