Motor driven hook blocks
Hook blocks with rotation are made to order according to specific customer requirements.
The basic technical parameters are: number of pulleys, diameter of pulleys, pulley pitch, hook type (single / double), hook size.
The hook can rotate freely (360 °), or the angle of rotation can be limited by limit switches. For example, the rotation angle limitation is used in cases when another device with a power supply is hunged on the hook block to prevent the power cord from getting entangled.
The hook block may be equipped with a digital scale with display. If necessary, the information from digital scale can be transferred to a computer or printer.
The hook block could be equipped with a quick release system. In the event of a rotation failure, the hook can be released within a few seconds. After that it is possible to use hook block with a freely rotating hook.
The pulleys are mounted with bearings on the main shaft, allowing them to rotate according to the movement of the cable of the lifting device to which the machine is connected.
To protect users from the risks of their movement, all the pulleys have protections fixed to the body of the machine. The grip of the load will be made by means of a hook that forms part of a suspension installed in the body of the hook block. This hook has a safety latch that will ensure that the load does not unlatch unintentionally.
The built-in motorized turning system is formed by a motor-reducer that transmits the rotation through a system of pinions-chain to the suspension
To feed the motor-reducer of rotation, in the body of the machine can be found a connector to which the electric cable from the winder of the crane is connected.
