Vacuum lifter rental

Handling with one or two suction pads?<br />This small vacuum lifter has a capacity of 4.000kg. The device is diesel driven and has room for two suction pads. The measurements are 1200 x 600 x 1000mm. Optionally, an equalizer with a total length of six meters is available, enabling the possibility to attach four suction pads for handling longer products. The vacuum lifter is provided with suspension points, but can also be used in combination with a forklift.

The rental price for the first week is € 780,-. For the following weeks you pay only €580,- per week (price class 2). Besides the rental costs we also charge a deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. Changing the construction of the design as shown to optimise the device for your purpose is charged separately.

Why offer vacuum lifters for rent?

Aerolift mainly offers custom made lifting solutions. To engineer and produce the best possible lifting solution always takes up to weeks. In some situations, this is a problem because the customer requires the vacuum lifter immediately. Specially for these types of situation we offer rental vacuum lifters. If one of our rental vacuum lifters matches the requirements, this vacuum lifter is used during the production period of the custom made lifting solution. Also, in the situation of a short-term projects it is sometimes desirable to use rentals. In such a case, it is sometimes more profitable to rent than to invest in a vacuum lifting device.

Whether you buy or rent a vacuum lifter, Aerolift will do their outmost to supply the best possible lifting solution. We are happy to discuss your project and the best possible solutions. All rental devices are provided with standard suction pads. Requires your project different suction pads or amendments to the construction? This is possible but changing the construction of the design to optimise the device for your purpose is charged separately.

Vacuum lifter rental prices

The pricing of our rentals is based on three categories:

First week € 980 per week
Subsequent weeks € 780 per week

Category 2

First week € 780 per week
Subsequent weeks € 580 per week

Category 3

First week € 680 per week
Subsequent weeks € 480 per week

In addition to the rental price, a standard deposit of € 4.800,- has to be paid for each vacuum lifter. The responsibility for collecting and returning the equipment is yours. Upon expiry of the rental period a hire purchase agreement is available. After a rental period it is possible to proceed to a rental purchase.

Rent a small vacuum lifter<br />On the picture you see Aerolift’s smallest rental device. This vacuum lifter with petrol fuelled engine is designed to lift loads up to 500kg. As standard we provide the vacuum lifter with a small suction pad. If this suction pad is suitable for your project, depends on the application. On request it is possible to adjust another suction pad. The overall dimensions of the vacuum lifter are: 1000 x 600 x 750mm.

This small vacuum lifter is in the price class 3. For the first week you pay a rental price of € 680,-, after which you pay for the following weeks only € 480,- per week. Besides the rental price we charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. You are responsible for the transport of the vacuum lifter.

Handling products up to 2.000kg<br />This electric driven vacuum handling device has a capacity of 2.000kg. The lifter can be used in combination with one or two suction pads depending on the situation. It is possible to install a longer suction pad beam underneath the device to handle longer products with more than two suction pads. Our team is happy to provide you with an appropriate advice. The measurements of this vacuum lifter are: 2400 x 600 x 600mm.

The vacuum handling device is in the price class 2. The first week you pay a rental price of € 780,-, after which you pay only € 580,- for the subsequent weeks. Besides the rental costs we also charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. You are responsible for the transport. Changing the construction of the design as shown to optimize the device for your purpose is charged separately.

Handling products with a flat surface<br />On the picture you see a vacuum lifter with a lifting capacity of 8.000kg. This lifter is mainly used to handle concrete elements, but also other materials can be handled. However the product you want to handle needs to have a flat surface. The vacuum lifter has room for four suction pads, has two suspension points and is electric driven. The measurements are: 3000 x 600 x 1000mm.

For the first week you pay a rental amount of € 780,- and for the following weeks you only pay a rental amount of € 580,- per week (price class 2). Besides the rental price we charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. Changing the construction of the design as shown to optimise the device for your purpose is charged separately.

Handling of long plates<br />By origin this vacuum handling device is engineered to handle long steel plates up to 12 meters. Of course also smaller plates can be handled with this device. The suction pads are suspended with a four part chain construction to compensate slight height differences during sucking. This way also products which are not perfectly flat can be handled. Further the vacuum lifter is provided with four suction pads. Together they are good for a lifting capacity of 10.000kg. The device is electric driven and the measurements are: 9750 x 600 x 1100mm (including the suction pads).

Lifting and turning up to 2,500 kg<br />With this versatile vacuum lifter, you can lift objects up to 2,500 kg and turn them 90 degrees. From origin the vacuum lifter is designed for the installation of concrete facade and wall panels during construction. Specially for this purpose the turning system has been designed in such a way that in turned position the load hangs next to the vacuum lifter. The lifter is electrically powered and must be supplied with power on the hook. The two suction pads can be closed separately, so even small elements can be handled. Also other suction pad lay-outs are possible.

This versatile vacuum lifter is in the price class 1. The first week you pay € 980,- and the following weeks € 780,- per week. Besides the rental price we charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device. You are responsible for the transport of the vacuum lifter.

Demould and turn up to 6,75tons<br />This electric (hydraulic) driven vacuum handling devices are engineered to demould and 90° turn concrete walls. Every device has a capacity of 6,75 tons and has one suspension point. Also other materials and products can be handled with this 90° turners.

In total we have four of this vacuum handling devices available for rent. In de first week you pay € 980,- per vacuum handling device. For the following weeks you only pay € 780,- per device (rental class 1). Besides the rental price we charge a standard deposit of € 4.800,- per rental device.
