Battery-powered electropermanent magnetic lifter for lifting foth flat and round workpieces - SB01
Lifter series designed to hoist both flat and round workpieces in total safety. Extremely versatile as no electrical connection is required except for its recharging. Thanks to their standard supplied battery, they can perform about 250 – 300 magnetisation and demagnetisation operations. The battery energy is only used during MAG/DEMAG cycles for about 1 second. It features furthermore a remote control allowing the operator to control operations within a 10-metre radius.
A safety hook prevents any accidental manoeuvre when the load is hanging and compels the operator to activate the lifter only after grounding the load. A flashing signal indicates that the magnet is operating, while an acoustic alarm tells the operator that the battery needs to be charged. Batteries can be charged by simply plugging the provided cable into a 220V / 50Hz socket for about 10 hours.
